EPSC/CGP Workshop

On February 6, LHINC attended a workshop in Waterbury presented by Kim Greenwood, Water Quality Engineer responsible for the implementation of the Construction General Permit (CGP). Presented to answer questions about the large site (>5 acres) permit, the workshop outlined how to prepare the Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control (EPSC) Plan and permit application forms. The afternoon session was a slideshow of the 2003 construction season and examples of EPSC measures, good and bad.

The presentation materials will be available on the web in the near future. When this happens, we will illustrate some of the points that were made at the workshop.
